Coach Charles's Bio...I was born and raised in Habersham County Georgia. I attended Habersham Central High School and Graduated in 2010. Upon Graduating from high school I decided to attend Toccoa Falls College. During my stay at Toccoa Falls College I played baseball for the Eagles. I graduated from Toccoa Falls College in December 2014 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary History Education. I taught and coached in Habersham County for one year. I began teaching and coaching in Banks County in 2015. I currently coach Varsity Baseball and Softball for the High School.
I am married to Kelsey Charles. She teaches third grade at BCES. We currently live in Habersham County. |

After graduating high school I attended Truett McConnell College to play baseball before transferring to the University of Georgia to complete my Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education. I have my Masters Degree in Health Studies from The University of Alabama and my Specialist degree from Georgia College and State University. During my 25 years of teaching I have taught in Elbert County, Peach County, Franklin County, Commerce, and Banks County. I currently coach baseball at BCHS.

Baseball is going to end some day. I realize that as soon as you retire you know, people forget about you in this game fast! There's the next young guy coming up that's always better than you. So, for me, it's just about using baseball as a platform to do a lot of things.
